Using Promotion Code / Clearance Items
All products must be in perfect condition, unused with their tags and in its complete original packaging. If there are any accessories come with the products, these must also be returned together with the products in their original stage.
Special care should be taken when handling light-coloured products to avoid colour transfer onto the product.
Please pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transportation. Your return will be rejected if there are signs of damage or used items.
- Order with a delivery address in the U.S., UK, France, and Germany: a free return label will be provided upon approving your return request
- Other countries: A free return label will be provided if there are order issues from our side (refer to this link for order issues). You are responsible for your shipping label if the returns are due to change of mind (provide us the tracking code so we can know which order is yours)
- Personalized products are only returnable if they are related to order issues. Please refer to this LINK for details of order issues.
